New UI and Obstacle Generation Algorithm!

This release has been in the works for a long time. It's not perfect, but I'll have a few more things ironed out soon.
Biggest changes:

The game difficulty has been tweaked so that balls fall into the gutter more often, but you get more extra balls and powerups.

Obstacle generation is a bit friendlier, and a bit more novel after several plays.

The User Interface is greatly improved.
